Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them within 30 days of purchase.  If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us a message with your order number. does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, does not take title to the refunded item.

- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
